Another of my favorite darn easy breakfasts that is healthy for the kids. I take out flax bread, dip it into eggs mixed with rice milk, then cook it up. Our family has also fallen in love with real maple syrup, and man, once you use it, you don’t go back. The other syrups from the store taste so incredibly gross and super sweet now. Anyways, I completely digress. My point being is that the only difference between this and eggs and toast is maple syrup instead of jam,(and its a tossup healthwise for sugars) its all in the way you prepare it. And there is the added bonus that the kids think its such a big treat, while inside I get to snicker ’cause I feel like I am pulling a fast one.
