San Francisco : Random Things

1. I love Peet’s coffee, and have found my replacement for Timmy’s while I am down here. Totally fantastic, dark, strong coffee. I am bringing back a bunch of beans so I can have some for a month or two when I get home.
2. I want to move to either Nob Hill, or Marina Drive in San Francisco, but seeing as a 2 bedroom flat on Nob Hill is 700G, I am thinking I have to win the lottery first.
3. If I can’t move there, I would love to move to Burlingame, what a pretty little borough (all these little cities are interconnected like Scarborough is to Toronto, etc) Burlingame is about 20 minutes from the SF downtown core, and has the prettiest little streets (and a Peet’s!) plus a Molly Stone’s.
4. I would kill to have a Molly Stone’s at home. We have been eating from there every night, the deli is full of every salad you could imagine, plus a make it your self salad bar. I want to ship home tubs of their curried tofu salad, yes, tofu. Blocks of tofu, raisins, cashews, celery etc in a curried mayo base sauce, omg. Yum. The curried turkey salad was also TDF. As was all the food they had in their hot deli. Loads of organic and local products, fine wines galore, and a natural section
5. I would rather come here for 2 weeks again than Anaheim, and really relax and explore, but that’s my selfish part kicking in lol. However, Kade wants to go back to every single museum we have been to, I don’t think he quite gets that its not like home, where we pop to the museum whenever we want. Here it takes money and your firstborn (which, coincidentally, is him) and cold hard plastic waiting in reserve. Plus that dang parking. When we move here
we will learn the transit system. The trolleys are right close to Nob Hill for us to take.
6. I don’t wanna LEAVE here!!
