I found this article from the Globe and Mail to be a short but succinct one with some very good tips for the different age brackets in it. It also has some good book reccomendations at the end of it and some online resources for parents.
It also reminded me that I have reviewed two amazing books back in late 2009 that I would like to bring to attention again, Talking to Your Kids About Sex and 100% Me.
Talking to Your Kids About Sex is what I would consider a must have, it’s politically correct, gives lots of advice and tips for parents that really work, not just sound good on paper.
100% Me is a fantastic introduction to the male and female bodies, and done in such a fun way that it lessens any embarrassment that might occur on either the parent or child side of the dialogue.
