An incredibly witty book, with poems about almost every silly job that you can (or can’t!) think of. It definitely is for the older crowd, some of the poems require more deeper interpretation skills than the average 6 year old has even, but that doesn’t mean they shouldn’t attack this book with vigor anyways. My 5 year old enjoyed reading most of the poems on his own, but some of them required my reading to help him understand and set the beat, and talk to him afterwards about how we read certain types of poems and what their purpose is.
