Children’s Book Review: The Pigeon Wants a Puppy!

Oh my, this one is good for any little girlie who loves puppies. Or her mom who adores the pigeon books and is vastly amused every time she sits down and reads them with her kids. I think these are the only books that are consistently getting 5/5 stars from us here at The Super Mom, everyone who reads them laughs themselves silly! And when it comes to rating books here at The Super Mom, its not always about any education value, or learning skills, its mainly about instilling the love of reading in our children, and what better way than to have a good laugh while reading with our kids!

What to expect: Pigeon desperately wanting a puppy, a few tempersome moments, cute as always.

Publisher’s synopsis: The Pigeon Wants a Puppy! was awarded the Children’s Choice Book Award for “Kindergarten to Second Grade Book of the Year”!

The Pigeon really, really, REALLY wants a puppy. C’mon, he’ll take good care of it! He’ll play tennis with it, and water it at least once a month!

Will you let the Pigeon’s dream come true? In this fourth entry in the best-selling Pigeon series, this now-classic character has his funniest star turn yet.
