Children’s Book Review: Baby Pie

Three warty, furry, drooling but cute little trolls are off on a baby hunting adventure! With adorable drawings, and a smart little refrain that is repeated on each page:  “Can you sniff it? Can you whiff it?  Lick lips, pat belly, my oh my” this book is sure to vastly amuse not only the kids in your family, but the adult readers as well.

This delighful romp through alleys, over fences, will have your kids holding their breath in anticipation; are they really going to eat a baby??? The funny surprise ending is sure to elicit more than a laugh or two!

About the Author:Tom MacRae was born in Northampton and studied for a BA in Anthropology at Goldsmiths College, in London, where he currently resides. He grew up in a family where everything was turned into a story or fable and it seemed inevitable that he would become a writer, and create stories himself.
He writes for numerous television shows, including AS IF, NO ANGELS, UGETME and DOCTOR WHO. He was nominated for a BAFTA in 2002 for his screen writing.
